Medical Treatments for All Americans
Stacy’s Voice

Committed to helping the incarcerated get timely and practical medical treatment while they are in prison.
Philosophy: We are passionate about advocating for the people imprisoned across the nation, helping to bring an awareness to the lack of thorough and consistent health care given to those incarcerated. We will stand as the voice that is heard, helping to ensure the best medical care possible, by striving to amend current laws and work towards implementing new legislation that will secure the necessary and adequate healthcare that people incarcerated need. All people, regardless of their current situation deserve to be treated with respect and with a clear understanding of how their medical needs will be met and maintained. We are working to assure that incarcerated people with health problems do get the care they need in a timely fashion and that they are treated with respect and care like patients in the rest of society.
Our Mission: To be a voice of advocacy for all inmates in the correctional system and to help facilitate and ensure the prompt and timely service of healthcare needs to those incarcerated.

The Health and Health Care of US Prisoners: Results of a Nationwide Survey
News
Of the 366 prisoners who died in 2013, the death reviews found that 35 were “possibly preventable,” meaning that more adequate medical care “might have prevented or significantly delayed the patient’s death,” according to Imai’s analysis.

Our team includes people who advocate for individuals that desperately need medical care while incarcerated.

Please help us to be the voice that advocates for our incarcerated brothers and sisters who who are being denied adequate medical treatment.
